I always do dumbell bench presses to even them out but still right side is smaller. Today i did some push ups and took some pics and noticed my right trap is smaller and less defined than left one and it pisses me off!!

DB shoulder presses with the same weight on each side until both sides get to the same number of reps with proper form. side laterals, focusing on your left shoulder more. It may be as easy as using your left hand more for everyday things (picking things up, brushing your teeth, twisting off a cap, etc). Only thing i do about it is unilateral exercises like alternate dumbell curl, one arm lat pulldown, etc. Just to prevent that my dominant arm will lift more than my other arm. Web8 jan. 2016 · My advice would be to keep doing dumbell exorcises, but only push one side at a time with all your incline, decline and flat benches and flies ( alternate every rep [right, left, right, left etc..] while keeping the resting arm up).
