The Fern only has nothing or height adjust, and it also has a lot of back stop positions. WebIt's really been difficult to decide which one I may like better. Both seem to be really nice compared to what I'm using now. For the Fern, I'd probably need to get a faux leather option (since I need it to be a lighter color), and for the Zody LX, I'd get one of the lighter upholstery colorways. Edit: I am 5'9 and 165lbs.

I have been starting to go back in the office 3 days a week so I have not spent a full week 8-10hrs in it. But the 2-3 days I did work from home I do spend about 10hrs or more sitting in it. WebThe Fern's is a squishy, comfy foam while the Embody's is a fun, bouncy suspension. No complaints about the Embody, but the Fern's seat might be a little too short horizontally. Also, I have the same height - 176cm (and ~90 kg weight). Meanwhile, only Fern (and Embody) allow me to seat cross-legged. On Leap, I can seat with only one leg under another, but not cross-legged.
