WebMar 18, 2024 · This user can log on to the Office 365 portal and use all web apps. One thing I did notice is that he did have his personal outlook.com account in use somewhere on his laptop. Without changing any of the configuration of the Outlook app, I can sign into it on their phone, and so can other people, without any problems or errors. They're the only ones with the problem.
